Rich in history, Lochhaven is home to the Hermitage Museum, Elizabeth River Trail, lovely parks, and a wonderful community of residents. Our civic league is a great way to become involved in the neighborhood, meet new friends, and take advantage of this great community and city. We have close ties with the city of Norfolk, including our Norfolk Police and Fire departments, as well as our city leaders. We are here to keep you informed and connected. Hello and welcome! I am proud to be the president of your civic league, serving such a unique and distinguished neighborhood. Our goal is to provide you the most current information on our neighborhood and our city, to help ensure the safety of our residents, and to plan events that will enable you to get to know your neighbors.
